About
Marc Egort is an accomplished CPA, entrepreneur, and mentor with over 35 years of experience in both public accounting and the private sector. Marc earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Master’s Degree in Accounting from Nova University. He began his career in the home health care industry, starting as a finance and reimbursement manager at a locally based agency and later evolved into becoming an industry leader. In 1999, Marc opened his own CPA firm, where he uses his expertise in fields such as mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and cost finding to serve clients and make an impact at local and national levels.
Today, Marc connects the success of his businesses and leadership to his passion in special interests. He leverages the discipline he has from his extensive experience in martial arts, with 35 years of formal training in Chung Do Kwon, Tae Kwon Do, Krav Maga, and Kali. His unwavering passion for expression is poured into his music, playing the drums for over 40 years and performing with local bands.
When not working, reading historic nonfiction, practicing martial arts, or playing drums, Marc finds himself enjoying time at home with his wife and son in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
