He has served as CFO and Comptroller for both for-profit and nonprofit companies, overseeing complex accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Enrique brings a practical, hands-on approach to helping business owners gain financial clarity, improve profitability, and scale with confidence. He holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting, a Bachelors in Business Administration and is fluent in English and Spanish

As a Fractional CFO, Enrique partners with business owners and executive teams to bring clarity, discipline, and insight to complex financial environments.
Throughout his career, Enrique has served as CFO, Comptroller, and senior finance leader for organizations ranging from high-growth service companies to nonprofit healthcare providers and real estate investment groups operating across multiple states and foreign countries.(Can be omitted) His expertise includes financial reporting and close management, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow optimization, multi-entity consolidations, contract negotiation, and risk management.
Enrique has extensive experience overseeing accounting operations for organizations with numerous subsidiaries and geographically diverse operations. He is particularly skilled at translating financial data into actionable insights that support profitability, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making at the executive level.
In addition to his corporate finance background, Enrique is an active commercial real estate professional, advising investors, banks, and asset managers on acquisitions, dispositions, and asset performance. This dual perspective allows him to uniquely support clients whose financial strategies intersect with real estate, lending, and capital planning.
Enrique holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and is known for his disciplined approach, strong negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
